Import Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Hungary may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. HunCom - Hungarian Comicbook is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes incurred.

Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order. Note that for shipments to the United States, import duties and taxes apply to all orders regardless of value.

Unclaimed / Refused Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed due to import duties, taxes, or any other reason, the following conditions apply:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
  • Import duties or taxes paid by HunCom - Hungarian Comicbook on your behalf are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the package is lost or destroyed during the return process, no refund can be issued.

Feldolgozási idő: A megrendeléseket munkanapokon dolgozzuk fel. A rendelés leadását követően 1-3 munkanapon belül adjuk fel a csomagot.

  • Express Mini (0,1–2 kg): 4 000 Ft — várható kézbesítés: 1-2 munkanap
  • Express Maxi (2–5 kg): 6 000 Ft — várható kézbesítés: 1-2 munkanap

Egyesült Királyság:

  • Expressz Envelope (0,1–1 kg): 5 000 Ft
  • Expressz Box (1–2 kg): 6 000 Ft
  • Value Box (2–5 kg): 9 600 Ft — várható kézbesítés: 5-10 munkanap

Észak-Amerika (USA, Kanada, Mexikó):

  • Value Box (2–5 kg): 15 000 Ft — várható kézbesítés: 7-14 munkanap

Óceánia (Ausztrália):

  • Expressz Envelope (0,1–1 kg): 8 000 Ft
  • Expressz Box (1–2 kg): 10 000 Ft
  • Value Box (2–5 kg): 16 500 Ft — várható kézbesítés: 10-20 munkanap

Európa – EU-n kívül (Norvégia, Svájc, Izland, Liechtenstein):

  • Expressz Box (0,1–1 kg): 6 000 Ft
  • Expressz Envelope (1–2 kg): 7 500 Ft
  • Value Box (2–5 kg): 12 500 Ft — várható kézbesítés: 5-10 munkanap

Fontos tudnivalók:

  • A szállítási díjak a csomag súlyától függnek.
  • Nemzetközi szállítás esetén vámok és importadók merülhetnek fel, amelyek a vásárló felelőssége.
  • A szállítási idők tájékoztató jellegűek, és külső tényezők (pl. vámkezelés) befolyásolhatják azokat.
